You can raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Email us at support@ornaora.com with your order ID, product name, and clear photos of the item.
Once we review and approve your return, we will share the return instructions.
Pack the product in its original condition and packaging.
Ship it to the address we provide using a trusted courier.
You must ship it within 5 days of receiving our approval.
Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
We do not offer direct refunds to your bank/card. Instead:
We provide a coupon code equal to the value of the returned product.
This coupon code:
Is valid for 1 year.
Can be used for a one-time purchase only.
Cannot be clubbed with other offers.
If you reject a prepaid order at delivery, we will deduct ₹250 for forward and reverse shipping.
If you used a coupon for your original order and reject it, the coupon will expire and can't be reused.
Yes, but only before it is shipped (usually within 2 hours of placing the order).
If you cancel before shipping, you can choose between:
A refund to your original payment method (5% deduction as PG charges)
A full-value coupon code
COD orders are confirmed over call or WhatsApp before shipping.
Once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled.
If you do not accept your COD or Prepaid order:
You will be charged ₹250 (forward + return shipping).
Balance (if any) will be given as a coupon code.
If you repeat such returns, you may not be eligible for future refunds or COD orders.
We pack all products securely, but if your item is damaged during transit:
Email us within 48 hours at support@ornaora.com with an unboxing video or clear images.
Once we verify and approve:
We will arrange a free reverse pickup (where available).
You will receive a replacement or a full coupon code refund.
Note: We do not offer cash/bank refunds for damaged products.
