💳 Payments & Charges Policy

At Orna Ora (Business Bee Enterprises), we offer a smooth and secure payment experience for all our customers. Please read the following policy to understand the available payment methods, applicable charges, and other important details.

1. 💼 Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
Net Banking – Available for all major Indian banks
Wallets – Paytm, Mobikwik, etc. (subject to availability)
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on eligible orders (₹150 COD fee applies)

All prepaid payments are processed through our secure payment gateway partner Razorpay.

2. 💵 COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges

A ₹150 COD handling fee is applicable on all COD orders, regardless of order value.
This fee is non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled or returned.
COD orders will be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
COD may be disabled for customers with repeated non-acceptance or returns.

3. 🚚 Shipping Charges (As per Shipping Policy)

Prepaid Orders:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹699
- ₹49 shipping charge for orders below ₹699
COD Orders:
- ₹49 shipping + ₹150 COD fee for orders below ₹699
- Free shipping on COD orders above ₹699 (COD fee still applies)

4. 🧾 Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will receive:
- An email confirmation with your order details
- A WhatsApp update if opted

5. ❌ Refunds for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

If you cancel your prepaid order before it is shipped:

You can choose a coupon code of the full amount OR
A refund to your original payment method (after 5% deduction as payment gateway charges)

6. 🚨 Failed or Rejected Deliveries

If you reject or do not accept a prepaid or COD order, ₹250 will be deducted from your refund/coupon as per our Returns & Refund Policy
COD fee will not be refunded in such cases

7. 📦 Duties & Charges for International Orders

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
All import duties, customs charges, and taxes (if any) are to be paid by the customer.
If duties are unpaid and the parcel is returned, both forward and return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
