A: Once your parcel is out for delivery, our courier partner will contact you. Delivery is completed via OTP verification, so please ensure your phone is reachable.

Q: What if I miss the delivery attempt?
A: Every order is attempted up to 3 times before it’s returned to us.

Q: Which courier partners do you ship through?
A: We ship using reliable partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees.


🌍 Shipping & Delivery – International

Q: How long will my international order take?
A: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery time ranges from 7–20 business days, depending on the destination.

Q: How can I track my international order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, which you can use to monitor delivery status.

Q: What are the shipping charges for international orders?
A: Charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight.

Q: Who pays for customs or import duties?
A: All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The buyer is responsible for any customs/import duties as per their country’s regulations.

Q: What if I don’t receive my parcel on time?
A: Contact us at support@ornaora.com, and we’ll help you investigate. You may also check with your local post office if the tracking shows that the parcel has reached your area.


💳 Payments & Charges

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets (PayTM, GPay). International orders can be paid via PayPal.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, COD is available in India for a non-refundable fee of ₹150. COD is not available for international orders.

Q: What if the payment is deducted but order confirmation is not received?
A: Please email us at support@ornaora.com with your transaction ID and order details. We’ll get back to you quickly.

Q: Are there any hidden charges?
A: No. All applicable charges, including shipping or COD, are shown at checkout before payment.

Q: Is my product eligible for return?
A: Yes. You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing support@ornaora.com with order details and product images.

Q: How do I return a product?
A: Send us an email with clear photos, product tags, and a reason for return. Our team will review it and reply within 48 hours with the next steps.

Q: Who bears the cost of returning the item?
A: In most cases, customers arrange and pay for the return shipping. For certain approved cases, we may offer pickup at a flat charge of ₹200.
