🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy – Orna Ora (Business Bee Enterprises)

At Business Bee Enterprises, we are committed to ensuring a smooth, reliable, and safe shopping experience for our customers. Please read the following policy to understand how your orders are processed, packaged, shipped, and delivered.

1. 📦 Order Processing & Packaging

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Product Quality: All products are brand new, unused, and undergo a 3-level quality check before dispatch.
Packaging Standards:
- Products are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
- We use bubble wrap, tamper-proof pouches, and high-quality corrugated protective boxes depending on the type of product.
- Fragile items receive extra care.
Sustainability: We are working towards introducing eco-friendly, recyclable, and reusable packaging materials.

2. 🔍 Shipping & Delivery – India

Shipping Across India: We deliver across all serviceable PIN codes through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees.
Notification: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Tracking:
- You’ll get a Tracking URL and Airway Bill (AWB) Number to monitor your package live.
Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 working days from dispatch
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days from dispatch
- Note: Unexpected delays may occasionally occur. Please track your order regularly.

📱 Important: Deliveries are OTP-verified. A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory. If the OTP is not verified or delivery is missed, the order may return and ₹250 will be deducted as per the Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. 💰 Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders:
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹699
- ₹49 Shipping Fee for orders below ₹699
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- ₹150 COD Handling Fee (non-refundable)
- ₹49 Shipping Fee for orders below ₹699
- Free shipping for orders above ₹699 (COD charges still apply)

🔔 Note: COD Handling Fee is non-refundable even if the order is canceled, rejected, or returned.

4. 🌍 International Shipping

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on product weight.
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery Timeline: 10–15 business days from dispatch depending on destination and customs clearance.
Returns for Non-Payment of Duties: Shipping and return charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.

5. 📸 Unboxing Evidence & Tampered Packages

Please take an unboxing video when opening the package.
This video will be required if you report missing or damaged products.
If you notice any external tampering or damage, do not accept the parcel.
